It was glitz galore for First Lady Michelle Obama at the dinner she co-hosted in honour of the Queen at the home of the US Ambassador. While President Barack stood tall in a tux, Michelle wowed in a black off the shoulder gown by Ralph Lauren, decorating her décolletage with oodles of diamonds.
