Elie Saab Spring Summer 2012

Calling all ladies of Hollywood - your Oscar gowns are calling! From ankle-skimming navy blue gowns encrusted with sequins to lace-embellished cocktail frocks and mustard-hued slashed-to-the-thigh kaftans, Elie Saab proved once again no one cuts an evening dress quite like him in his spring/summer 'Colour Shock' show.

There was plenty of daywear, too: slim-cut trousers were teamed with sheer-panelled blouses with a vaguely military feel and a particularly eye-catching electric blue belted jumpsuit, but let's face it, what we all want from Saab is a killer red carpet number.
